We will be spending time as a family doing some fun things. I have hourly plans like this that I planned for Shelby. (Check back tomorrow for our version of New Years.)
I have watched my family grow in 2013. Mentally and physically.
As I was looking through photos for this post, and there is a lot, I became sad. Sad that my kids are growing by leaps and bounds. They are no longer babies. I am also happy to see this as well. They are healthy and growing. They are becoming their own person. They need me a little less everyday. They are becoming independent.

I have seen the biggest change in her. She has gone from a little girl to a big girl right before my eyes. She has potty trained and started school. Her speech has been a huge improvement. No more baby talk. (sad face) She is a
I have also reflected on my own growth. I have become stronger mentally. I am happier with every new day then I was in the past. I am stronger physically. I started back running races and get stronger with each one I do. I ran my first relay race which was a step out of the box for me.

But I think the biggest thing that happened in our family is: We became grandparents!!!
This little boy came into our lives and has been such a blessing.
We are so greatful for what we have and been able to experience in 2013 and are looking forward to 2014.
